The Belbin® Team Roles assessment and workshop is a great tool for developing new and existing teams. Belbin is a 360-degree look at participant’s behavior in a team environment, as each individual tends to behave, contribute and interrelate with other team members in particular ways.
Utilized by the U.N. and Boeing, this workshop looks at the nine team roles people play and how each individual display different team roles. Belbin also features an observer assessment which allows for a more complete picture of each participant. Each program features a large group session, with an additional opportunity for one-on-ones, so all participants having a better understanding of themselves; their role within the team and a clear idea of next steps. We try to accommodate one-on-one sessions during breaks, lunch, etc.
