Influencing Skills


The Influencing Skills workshop looks at the six main stages of influencing others when one is not in a position of authority. Topics covered include: how one can positively influence the others around them, while simultaneously building and enhancing their working relationships with others; when one should “push” and “pull” their influence with others, including the right times to do so; what influencing sounds like, and how one knows they were able to influence correctly. Several experiential activities and case studies are used in this session, to make link between two different influencing models and how those models play out in the workplace.

What is the number of participants for this program: 
10 - 45 people - requires one facilitator. For every additional 30 people, an additional facilitator is required.
