When change visits, and sometimes stays, in an organization, it can shake the timbers of even the most steadfast managers and employees. This workshop covers the dynamics of change from a number of perspectives: The person/s driving the change, the messengers, the persons directly and indirectly affected by change. We will discuss how/why change is necessary; approaches on how to invoke, lead and complete the change process; provide tools on how cope with change/fear of change and cover the “what’s in it for me” aspect of change.
