Overview
The Social Styles assesment tool is perfect for improving workplace effectiveness. This tool measures behavioral style and how versatile an
individual is. Prior to the workshop, assessments are sent out to co-workers of the workshop participants for feedback. The tool reflects how others view the participants behavior in the workplace, measuring how versatile the individual is. During the workshop, assesments are reviewed and topics such as ability to influence, managing conflict, taking initiative and leading a team are covered. All learning is interactive and high energy in nature.
