The True Colors Assessment is used worldwide in dozens of training and coaching applications, including organizational development and performance improvement. Designed to complement and/or supplement existing training programs, participants will learn how to acknowledge and understand differences within themselves and with others. This workshop can help with improving communication, easing frustration, mitigating conflict, building trust and developing effective leaders and teams. Through the True Colors workshop participants learn how to embrace all types of working behaviors. Team members are challenged to assess their own effectiveness and then adapt their behavior for more successful interactions. Self-understanding can help someone to better shape his/her approach and communication style within a team.
Participants will be encouraged to:
• Understand ones own behavior and how it affects others
• Examine ones own reactions to other people's behavior
• Adapt ones behavior to create positive outcomes
• Identify and appreciate the traits of peers
• Understand how to adapt one’s sales styles to connect better with others
Pre-Work: An on-line pre-assessment is required for this course
