Yoga Workshop

Overview

We provide experienced Yoga instructors as a recreational offering to any meeting.  The Yoga Workshop can be tailored to meet your team’s needs, experience level, and desired outcomes.  Our instructors teach physical exercises, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques.  Stress release is an important component of yoga and increases energy and vitality. Yoga can also deepen levels of concentration that can enhance all areas of life in both subtle and dramatic ways. Employers have had great success in keeping their employees healthy, balanced, and happy by introducing programs like yoga.
