Overview
This workshop covers the most productive methods to resolve conflict in the workplace, whether it is between individuals or teams. A practical, real-world approach will be taken using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Model (TKI), participants will discover which of five conflict-handling styles--competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating--istheir preferred “mode.” and learn how to apply specific techniques in creating solutions to resolve conflict.

- Which conflict-handling style each particpant is
- Creating solutions: managing conflict
