Signature Sangria Making

Overview

Our Sangria Making event is good fun and encourages the mixture and collaboration of people, wine and fresh ingredients.  Our wine expert will provide a brief overview of the history of sangria, its evolution over time and the types of wines generally used in sangria making.  Teams compete in some quick, sangria-related competitions to earn points that will enable them to “buy” the ingredients to make their very own Signature Sangria. It is also possible for team/s to create a non-alcoholic version of Sangria, if they so desire.  Teams will be challenged to create a name for their Sangria, a Logo/Label, the Signature Sangria itself, as well as their marketing campaign.  The Signature Sangria is crafted from the selection of wine, fruits, herbs and spices, and other ingredients we provide.  The judges, from our team or yours, will decide which Signature Sangria, Logo/Label and presentation “reigns supreme.”
