Overview
Much like the approach taken in “Speed Dating,” large groups spend time getting to know each other in a quick, structured and high-energy manner. This activity is perfect for new hires, new teams, new clients and geographically dispersed teams, who are getting to know each other. Groups are generally set up in a round-robin format. The questions bring out similarities, differences and some surprising and interesting stories.
This event enables new people in an organization to meet many people quickly. It also allows for individuals from different parts of an organization to meet people they might not normally encounter. One of the many benefits to Speedy Networking is to drive cross-functional conversation.
This activity can be a stand-alone program or it can be combined into any type of meeting.
