The Great Amazing Race

Overview

This teambuilding activity is a team-based race that showcases collaboration, risk vs. reward and other gamification techniques.  Loosely based on the TV hit The Amazing Race, teams are required to  seek out and solve a series of different challenges. Once solved, the next clue and challenge becomes clear. There are points awarded for speed and accuracy as teams pick up various clues and objects with roadblocks, detours, yields and stops along the way. This activity will highlight many of the skills needed to succeed in a competitive environment, and, of course, bragging rights for the first team to cross the finish line and accumulate the most points.  This activity is easily customized to your organization or to a meeting theme.
