Utilizing state of the art cooking facilities, teams can either compete or collaborate to create a one-course or a multi-course meal for judging, prior to enjoying a meal together. This team building activity can be structured in a number of different ways.
If competing: Once the key ingredients are “purchased,” the “chefs” are off to complete their recipe that will showcase the “secret” ingredient. It is a race against the clock as the teams plan, prepare and present their creation.
If collaborating: Each Team creates a course of a multi-course meal. Once the key ingredients are “purchased,” the “chefs” are off to complete their meal that will showcase the “secret” ingredient. It is a race against the clock as the teams plan, prepare and present their creation.
There are roles for everyone within this activity, for cooks and non-cooks alike, including Host, Chefs, and Judges. The best part of all is everyone gets to enjoy a meal together afterwards.
