Experiential Challenges
Participants are challenged with a series of experiential initiatives throughout this program. The initiatives explore ways of working. Participants are encouraged to discuss their current work environment and collaborate on solutions. A debrief session is part of this program. Specific activities will be recommended based on the objectives of the program.
