Take one-part cocktail history, mix with the latest cocktail trends, add in some team challenges and you have Speakeasy: A Bar Wars Cocktail-Making Competition. Inspired by the hidden spots to get a drink during the Prohibition era of the 1920s, speakeasies were secret, almost impossible bars to find and were for an intimate crowd. They were often nothing more than a non-descript door requiring a secret knock or code to get you inside. In this competition, teams are challenged with crafting the best tasting, best looking speakeasy-themed cocktail or mocktail.
This program is one of the Top Meeting Trends this year – read about it here!
